TV homemaker Sara Campbell built an empire as America's foremost authority on living a country lifestyle despite the fact that she was raised in Queens, and spent most of her adult life in New York City. So when the opportunity arose to broadcast her show, "The Simple Life," from a farmhouse upstate, she jumped at the opportunity and uprooted her family. With her were her cynical (and horny) mother, Muriel, who didn't think Sara could survive in the country, and her college dropout daughter, Freddi, who hated being in the middle of nowhere.
