Perhaps this mediocre light comedy goes a ways to explain why pretty Eileen Percy was eclipsed by other film flappers such as Constance Talmadge. John Barr (Richard Wayne) is not happy when his fiancee, Enid North (Percy), insists that she needs a business education. He's even less thrilled when she gets a job at his manufacturing company. He fires her, but the other employees, who have all fallen for her, threaten to walk out in protest. Then Enid accepts a dinner invitation from Amos Lott (Otto Hoffman) because she thinks she will catch Barr at the restaurant with a date. Instead, Mrs. Lott -- the mother of Amos's six children -- finds out about her husband's tryst and she raises hell. But Lott manages to talk his way out of the difficulty, while Enid gets Barr to forgive her foolish actions.
