Three brothers (Arthur Donaldson, Richard Thornton, and Arthur Cozine) swear vengeance on John Howland, the son of the man who raped and murdered their mother. But when their sister Meleese (Violet Heming) meets John Howland (H.B. Warner), she falls in love with him and goes to great lengths to save him from her brothers. She enlists the aid of half-breed Jean Croisset (W. Lawson Butt), and he hides Howland in a deserted cabin. The brothers find the two and try to force Croisset to kill Howland. He refuses, and the brothers are about to do the job themselves when they find out that they have the wrong John Howland. Naturally, a happy ending for Howland and Meleese is indicated. Needless to say, this was not one of H.B. Warner's best films.
