Romantic Italy was produced by Charles Urban for his own Eclipse Film Company. The title and content were one in the same, as the camera drank in the sights (but not, of course, the sounds) of sunny Italy. The film hopscotched around the country, showing a street scene here, a waterfall there, and so on. There was more than enough material to fill the film's 437 feet (approximately 6 minutes) without resorting to repetition.
