Wally Wales and a very young Jean Arthur starred in this long-lost silent Western directed by the prolific Richard Thorpe. When Pop Mason (Bert Lindley) is killed by a gang of cattle rustlers, his pretty daughter Mary (Arthur) calls on an old flame, Wally Rogers (Wales), to help stop the ensuing mayhem. Heroically, Wally goes up against Black Ransom (Charles "Slim" Whitaker), the leader of the gang, winning not only the day but also the girl's love and devotion. The Lester F. Scott Jr. production was written by Reginald C. Barker and also featured Frank Ellis and Hazel Rogers.
