A serious minded, yet down on his luck writer begrudgingly agrees to pen a horror novel in order to pay the bills, only to find inspiration from the most unlikely of muses in this literary horror comedy from director/star Anthony Brownrigg. Jim is an author with a reputation for penning stuffy scripts better suited to Masterpiece Theater than The Twilight Zone, and when his bills start to pile-up, his agent attempts to convince him to branch out into horror. But Jim views the genre with nothing but scorn, until the day he meets Victoria (Arianne Martin). Victoria may be undead, but she's got some pretty vital ideas about how to reinvigorate Jim's failing career. Now, as Victoria sets out to teach Jim the true meaning of horror by slaughtering his friends and family, his only of stopping the bloodbath is to convince his muse that he finally understands how to terrify the masses.
