In this entirely experimental film, "the revolution" is furthered by a neon chicken that speaks Spanish, while mimes enact torture scenes and a jogger occasionally runs by. Allusions to Latin American politics abound. The film's piano solos, played by an unskillful musician, function as appropriately ironic symbols.
