Masato Hara directs this musical about aliens, camcorders, and teenaged love. Wildly popular idol Ryoko Hirosue plays Anzu, a schoolgirl whose first love, named Tetsu (Tsutomu Murashima), moved with his family to Australia. During their summer together, they shot a movie, though the thought of editing the tapes proves to be too painful. When a friend and a teacher encourage her, she finds the strength to view the videos and remember her lost love. Anzu meets Tetsu with video recorder in hand on a bridge over looking Tokyo Bay. He proves to be a very curious lad indeed. Claiming that he has been possessed by an alien named Chunse, he states that he is visiting earth to record its eventual destruction. Anzu plays along, calls herself Pouse, and sets about recording the world around them too. Soon the two are recording each other with much greater and greater intensity. Yet when Anzu starts wanting more human affection, Tetsu seems unwilling to relinquish his weird alien persona.
