Museum curator Sidney Geist presents a look at the sculptures of Constantin Brancusi in Museum of Modern Art: Bancusi Retrospective at the Guggenheim Museum. Born in Romania in 1876, Brancusi moved to Paris at the turn of the century. His works became an eloquent statement for the modern art movement, with its emphasis on abstract design. Among his best known pieces are <i>The Kiss</i> and <i>Bird in Space</i>. The viewer visits a replica of his studio at the Pompidou Center.
