George Conklin (George MacQuarrie) is suspicious of his flirtatious wife, Virginia (Christine Mayo). When he finds that a young girl (Louise Huff) has broken into his beach house, he tells her he won't give her up to the police, provided she keeps an eye on his wife's comings and goings with Harry Harding (Stuart Holmes). The Little Intruder poses as Conklin's niece, and Virginia's brother Billy (John Hines) promptly falls in love with her. Conklin's extreme jealousy finally upsets Virginia so much that she throws herself at Harding, and they arrange an elopement. But the Little Intruder realizes Harding only wants the woman's jewels, and she schemes to stop him. She replaces a box of jewelry with a box of candy and sends him straight into the arms of the police. Sadder and wiser, Virginia returns to her husband, who discovers that the Little Intruder is, in fact, his real niece. With a bit of mystery and a lot of comedy, this was one of World's better programmers.
