Documentarian Caveh Zahedi films himself one minute a day, every day, for an entire year. The result is a candid, self-reflective journey into his mind and quirky personality. It's also an attempt by Zahedi to break through his own ego in order to chronicle the real person behind the public persona. But is that possible? Zahedi asks this and plenty of other questions about how a filmmaker captures truth and reality on film, trying to scratch deeper than the average reality programming.
