Follow the life story of piano prodigy Helene Grimaud in this documentary revealing how she went from being an acclaimed pianist to the founder of her own Wolf Conservation Center. As a young girl, Grimaud showed great promise as a pianist, eventually going to study at the Paris Conservatoire and being signed to a lucrative recording contract. As talented a musician as Grimaud was, however, her love of nature eventually lead her to found the Wolf Conservation Center in New York. Here, filmmakers visit Grimaud in her New York home to discuss her work with wolves, as well as her career in music. Performances of Rachmaninov's "Second Piano Concerto" and the "First Piano Concerto" of Brams offers audible proof of her remarkable talents on the keyboard.
