Andrea Di Stefano's drama Escobar: Paradise Lost stars Josh Hutcherson as Nick, an American who opens a surf shop in Columbia. Nick begins dating a young woman, who turns out to be the niece of the feared and powerful drug lord Pablo Escobar (Benicio Del Toro). When Nick gets involved in a feud with a rival store, Escobar puts a definitive end to the dispute, and soon the young man finds himself drawn into Escobar's world of crime, power, and hedonism.
