As directed by Ryan Cavilline, the ultra-violent, jet black comedy Separation Anxiety: Dead Body Man 2 concerns Willie (Eddie Benevich), whose job involves "cleaning up" after homicides. Willie also suffers from schizophrenic religious delusions in which "God" appears in bizarre places and tells him to slay others. Willie's activities include bloodying up a local Santa Claus with a hammer (and then killing Santa by pouring bleach into his milk), slicing prostitutes apart with chainsaws, decapitating his brother, and having sex with a cow for comic relief. At the film's midpoint, Cavilline includes a 50-year-old, black-and-white PSA about syphilis.
