The ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine is reflected in one commonplace event in this documentary from filmmaker Yasmine Novak. Even in the most embattle nations, people need public transportation, and a bus line runs each day along a route that stretches from Israel into Palestinian territories. As Novak's camera records the passengers riding the bus, recorded interviews offer a perspective on their views of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, as well as the dangers and inconveniences that are part of the daily commute. Bus was an official selection at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival; the short subject was also released as part of Jerusalem Moments, a feature length collection of short documentaries on life in the city.
