Acting, direction, plot, and script all need a more professional touch in order to succeed in this amateur student film (an expanded version of a graduation film for London's National Film School) by Eran Riklis. Based on the true story of former army officer Udi Adiv, imprisoned along with other leftists for collaborating with "enemy agents," Riklis has a fictional Uri Sharon imprisoned for his subversive politics -- and then brings forward the theme of how far, if at all, one can go beyond the law in order to promote peace between Israel and the Palestinians. Although the concept is excellent, nothing else is in this mediocre first attempt at drama.
