A concert to promote world peace was held at the Waldbuhne in West Berlin in May of 1982, and this 85-minute documentary by Klaus Volkenborn and Johann Feindt records some of the songs from the concert, as well as the statements by a few of the participants. At the same time, the directors have inserted their own statements on the issue of world peace and particularly ridicule the visit of then-President Ronald Reagen to West Berlin, as well as singling out some members of the Berlin Senate for criticism. These latter aspects of the documentary detract slightly from its original purpose, taking the topics off-course for awhile.
