This is yet another Greek wartime adventure featuring the traditional villain of such films, the traitorous father. In this case, it's the father of Aris (Yiorgos Christodoulou), a Greek soldier working from the Middle East during the German occupation. Aris and a band of commandos secretly land on his home island, where they are captured by the Nazis. Aris is wounded and seeks shelter at an orphanage, where he is nursed back to health by a young schoolteacher (Katia Dandoulaki). Meanwhile, the rest of his unit escapes and takes his traitorous father prisoner. Acting in line with that weird code of honor popular in war films, Aris redeems his father's actions by surrendering along with a group of innocent villagers captured by the Nazis. Theodoros Moridis co-stars with Yiorgos Voutsinos and Stavros Farmakis.
