Lubin's A Visit to Uncle begins as two city boys pay a visit to their rural relatives. It isn't long before the two young sprouts grow bored with country life and decide to play a little joke on their uncle. Disguising themselves as tramps, the boys "borrow" Uncle's prize cow. They then bring the cow to the front door and sell it back to their unwitting Unk. By the time the old man figures out he's been hornswoggled, the two mischief makers have played a number of similar pranks on the neighbors. A wild chase ensues, ending as the boys are given a good going over by the irate farmers.
